Building work has commenced on The Waterside, a luxurious development of four spacious two bedroom sea facing apartments, which will be finished to an exceptional standard and were completed in 2012.

Deganwy is a beautiful waterside village and sits in a perfect location between the seaside resort of Llandudno and the ancient walled town of Conwy.

It is a very sought after location in the property market boasting an upmarket and quiet reputation and has its very own marina, 5 star hotel, a fine selection of shops and restaurants and one of the few south westerly facing beaches along the North Wales coast.

There are a range of activities to enjoy; prime sailing and water sport venues, three surrounding link golf clubs which are renowned for their quality and outstanding landscapes.  South of Deganwy on the banks of the River Conwy is the RSPB nature reserve with an abundance of wildlife and fantastic views and there are also a wealth of walks in the local area to explore.

Each home has the benefit of a car parking space and use of a cycle store.

Internally the units are finished to a high specification.  This includes a luxury fitted kitchen which will have an integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, stainless-steel chimney hood and granite work surface. A washer-drier is generally provided also.  All kitchen appliances will generally be to the highest ‘A’ rated energy efficiency standard.

The bathrooms are fitted with contemporary white sanitary ware, clear glass shower screens and large mirrors.

The floor will be finished to……………..and a  A ‘wet’ under floor heating system is installed throughout the apartment and is controlled on a zoned basis.  This system operates at lower temperatures than normal central heating systems, so is more energy efficient and also allows the walls to be free of radiator, so giving full flexibility for positioning furniture.

Electric sockets and switches are in chrome with chrome down lighters to all rooms and high energy efficient lights to comply with current building standards.  The walls will be finished in a contemporary colour with skirting boards architraves and window boards finished in toning egg-shell paint.  The internal doors are oak veneered with chrome door furniture. The external windows and doors are high performance triple glazed and finished in marine grade powder coated aluminium coloured grey with an excellent energy efficiency rating.  The external walls and floors are also constructed to high standards of insulation to ensure that the home is economical to heat.

All properties have a balcony, however, the ground floor has a balcony and a private patio area.  The ground floor apartment has been raised half a metre above street level to ensure a good view of the sea and mountains.  The balconies and patios are generally glass fronted and accessed via glass doors.
